We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best quality dairy products. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict return policy.

1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in the original condition.
  • Must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Perishable items (e.g., milk, curd, ghee, butter) once opened or damaged after delivery.
  • Products requested for return beyond 24 hours of delivery.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If the product you received is damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photo of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refund Method
